Poster for tomorrow

The brief:

Design a poster to raise awareness about the deep injustice of the death penalty for Poster for tomorrow’s competition Death is not justice.

The idea:

The death penalty blinds society with vengeance, so I set the quote ‘An eye for an eye and the whole world is blind’ into braille with illustrated drops of blood.

My design was selected to be in the top 100 posters. It was shown in 50 locations around the world on 10/10/10 – the world day against the death penalty. Above is my poster in the Lebanon exhibition.

Google for tomorrow

Poster for tomorrow also asked contributors to redesign Google’s logo for 10/10/10. So I turned Google’s logo into braille to continue the concept of being blinded by vengeance.
